Fulfilment and Availability

Most orders are shipped within three to five business days from the day the order is placed and many are sent even before the three days. However, Due to the complexities of operating a physical and online store, stock levels may not always be accurate. If we believe your item is unlikely to be shipped within the specified time frame we will send you an email to advise.

As for shipping speed, we use a combination of Courier and Australia Post, whichever is the fastest and most cost effective. Most major areas on the east coast take between 1-3 business days. Please allow additional time for regional areas, SA, WA and NT.

If your order is particularly time sensitive we suggest contacting us first to confirm availability and an estimate for freight timing.
